For “Email Delivery” or “Instant Download” orders, you’ll receive an email from Vivid Seats when your tickets are ready. Clicking the link inside this email will direct you to the order in your Vivid Seats account. From there, simply click the red “Download Tickets” button, and the PDF ticket file will begin downloading to your computer. 

If you have any issues, check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer, then try opening the link to the PDF files in a different web browser. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
