To ensure safe and timely delivery, tickets must be shipped using the pre-paid UPS label provided by Vivid Seats. Payments are processed once delivery is confirmed through the tracking number tied to your label. Other carriers or personal labels can’t be used.
How to print your shipping label:
- Log into your Vivid Seats account.
- Go to Unshipped Sales under My Sales.
- Find the sale you need to ship and click Ship Now.
- Confirm you have the tickets ready, then click Complete This Transaction.
- Your UPS shipping label will appear to view and print.
If you misplace your label:
- Log into your Vivid Seats account.
- Go to Completed Sales under My Sales.
- Find the sale and click Details, then View Sale.
- If the label has been created, you’ll see the option to reprint it."
