Your Listing Is Almost Live! 

Thanks for submitting your listing — you’ve taken the first step toward getting paid for your tickets! If this is your first time listing we know you probably have questions, and we are here to help.

What happens now?

  1. Final Review: Your listing is going through a review. Most are activated within a few hours. You’ll get an email the moment it’s live. Sometimes we may need a little more info, so keep an eye on your inbox.
  2. Manage Your Price Anytime: Want to make a change? You can adjust your price at any time in your Listing Manager.
  3. Sale Confirmation: When your tickets sell, we’ll email you right away. You’ll also see the sale in your Listing Manager. Please confirm the order within 12 hours so we can keep things moving.
  4. Delivery Instructions: After you confirm your sale, we’ll send you instructions on how to transfer your tickets. Please transfer them as soon as they become available. Our team is standing by if you need help at any point — you won’t be on your own.
  5. Proof of Transfer: Once you’ve sent the tickets, we’ll ask you to send your proof of transfer to brokers@vividseats.com. This is the final step before payday.


How long does it take for my listing to activate? Most listings go live within 2–3 business hours

**If your event is coming up soon (within the next two days) OR your tickets are high value, you'll need to transfer your tickets to fanselling@vividseats.com and our team will handle everything from confirmation to delivery.
