If you selected "PDF e-Tickets" when listing your tickets for sale, you must deliver the tickets by uploading the PDF files on our website. If you had already uploaded them into the listing, we'll email them to the buyer as soon as you confirm the sale. If you didn't, you can do so either when you confirm the order, or closer to the event (if you don't yet have them in hand). If the tickets you sold were "hard-stock paper tickets", you'll need to ship them via UPS using the prepaid shipping label we provide. Click here for more information on shipping tickets.
